Thread: How's Your Support?

Hi,

I am very interested in leaving my current host provider and joining vodahost. However, I really need to know if I can expect great support? Currently, I am receiving support that is subpar. I had a question concerning how to link my OS Commerce shopping cart to my site, and instead of that question being answered, I am referred out to the OS Commerce site, which does not make the answers I need available. Am I to expect the same from the Vodahost support staff? Or will I be able to look forward to excellent support?
