Warez Sites
Pirated Software


what about healthy :
sexual educational books ?
sexual transmitted diseases and information about it ?
planned parenthood ( condoms birthcontrol )?
appropriate private clothing items for married couples ?
sexual toys like body messagers, oils, scented items. not hard core stuff.

not that i have any but why are "Safe lists" and "double optin" will be treated as spam."
afterall it is as good as pay per click search engines. my curiousity ....


5) Backups and Data Loss

does the backup in cpanel cover the entire web site, including the site builder data ?


7) Resource Usage

does this mean that we cannot use the chatroom or the PhpMyChat in our cpanel account ?
is there a difference between irc and cpanel chat features ?

Back ups - we do daily backups. Plus if you are using our site builder
you will have a back up on your computer.

Also are servers have a RAID configuration. This means if one hard disk
fails. Your data is not lost.

first let me say that i respect your services,
and i am grateful for your time.
this is great ! i can't ever remember getting help and
answers on a board that is almost as fast as chat !

just a few other points to clarify, please.

i recently saw a get paid pay per click ad on another forum that i am a member of
in which one of the rotating ads produced a porn site.
it was brought to the attention of the admin when it was discovered,
and he removed the paid ads from his forum. i think it was clicksor ads.

so, i was planning to use pay-per-click ads ( like google ) on my web site for an extra income. if a porn site or a IRC Bots,Warez Sites, Pirated Software, or any other content that is against TOS rotated on my site without my knowledge, would my account be terminated ?

normally i would not even be thinking about it, but because it ( a porn rotation ) recently happened to someone i know who owns a forum that i am a member of, i thought i should ask about it since i had planned to use PPC ads.

also, if my account was "terminated"
does that mean that all of my data is permently lost ?
or
will i be permitted to access my web sites to move them to another host ?

If you read the TOS carefully it does not say that we do not host
adult sites. It says we dont want any underage or illegal material
on our servers. As long as it is 110% legal its ok.

Google Ads are fine.

We would not cold bloodedly terminate a site that has legal material
on it. So dont worry. Keep it 110% and all is ok.

Legal is the keyword of this conversation.

i had some political science in college
but, i am currently trying to self-educate to understand what is legal in the internet world.
i just want to follow the rules and the TOS.
a reputation is important for both of us.

i can only think of two more subjects to ask you about today.
i know i have asked a lot from you today so, thanks again

1) if i did something illegal because i did not know any better,
would i get a notice or a warning about it so that i could correct the problem

and

2) if for some unseen reason that vodahost closed
( which i cannot see how with all the wonderful benefits you offer to your customers )
would there be any advance notice about it ? if yes, ideally how much ?

please don't be offended. it is just that i have seen a few disappear in the past 1/1/2 years.
however, i have never seen a plan like you all have here !

i have been learning about the site builder and having a look at
all of the bonus downloads offered on vodahost while i have been
talking with you today, and i am very impressed on both points.

finally, i have to ask because i don't know much about site builders as i am self-educating about the internet and web sites. in the unfortunate event that i had to move to another host at any time in the future ( ex. a few years from now or something like that) would my web sites function correctly on another host without your web site builder ? i have just learned the bare basics of html and still need alot of practice. so, is it possible to edit my web sites without the BlueVoda site builder, if that ever happened ? this is important because i plan to build a business(es) with a host that i can stay with for years to come. but if i could not stay for years to come, would my children be able to edit the business(es) without the site builder. there is no need to start everything if in the end there was a dead end in the web site business(es) for myself and / or my family.

i read on the forum that vodahost is a family owned business.
so, i think you will understand how important it is to me to build a
business(es) that i can pass on to my family without the complications
of not being able to be building, editing, uploading files with images, hyperlinks ect...of course we know that future technology will change and advance. so, i am just referring to the next few years.
my children are 21, 18, 15 years old so, the next few years will fly by us faster with each passing year.
