Thread: Is BlueVoda compatible with Soholaunch?

Hello,

I am interested in signing up with Vodahost, however I just had a quick question. I have been tinkering with the BlueVoda program and have found it very user friendly. Is it possible to create a website in BlueVoda and then later transfer it to Soholaunch. I plan to sell online and Soholaunch seems to offer more advanced e-commerce features. If someone could please get back to me soon, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi BV & Soholaunch are 2 different programs & can’t be mixed together. But you can however run the 2 on the same VH hosting account, but just in different directories.
So you could start off with BV & at a later date open a shop using Soholaunch. The only thing to remember is Soholaunch needs it own directory, so if you start your site with BV in the route directory (public_html), you may have to put Soholaunch in a subdomain as it will always want to install in the route directory. So your shop address will be www.myshop.mywebsite.com This wont cost any more to do.
