I have 3 domain names at Go Daddy. Do I need to transfer them to Vodahost in order to use Voda for website hosting?

You can transfer them but you don't have to. You can simply point your DNS to the VodaHost server (you will get the details when you set up a hosting account with VodaHost - or it's in your welcome email if you already have one.)
