can i link pages of my website before I get a domaine name and a URL> I have a lot of pages that need cross referencing and although I have watched the tutorial many times i am not clear about this subject.

Yes..you can...if you know the domain you want and you are sure that it is available...but you risk it being taken and all your work will go down the drain...it is best to at least secure your domain name asap.
