No...but you can buy one very cheap.

Can you give more information about this.... What types of certificates are available, cost of certificates (recommendations) ,installation howto...and if I need a dedicated ip to serve ssl secured pages how much would this cost?

Is there anything else I need to be aware of ? Thx
