Subdomains With SOHO

If I decide to do my main page with SOHO, can I use it with subdomains as well? And if so, can I have domain names that point to those subdomains?

So, it would be setup like this:

Main domain - www.abcmi.org
- Subdomains -
  - GR - www.abcmi.org/gr <- www.abcgr.org
  - Kzoo - www.abcmi.org/kzoo <- www.abckzoo.org
  - Lansing - www.abcmi.org/lansing <- www.abclansing.org
  - Etc. -

If this works, can each domain have the same 'look' but a different template with its own set of Links etc.?

Jeanne,

NO you cant use soho more than once per account, rather its a subdomain or domain, or addon domain. ONCE is the KEYWORD you need to see. ONCE PER ACCOUNT. Its licensed software, and requires SSL for accepting CC or paypal.

If you go to soho site, you will also see that its ONE LICENSE per domain or subdomain. Not Both, not either or.

That's what I needed to know. I understood the once per account, what I didn't get was that if it was used for a main domain, that it couldn't extend to the subdomains.

New question: Can I set up my domains and subdomains the way I was planning using Bluevoda and then just use Paypal for my sales?

I am just trying to figure this all out before I start.

Yes.. you can do this, and use paypal buttons, also might search here for Cart Manager, and Mals ecart.

One more question, I originally set up my personal site JeanneNoorman.com (not the one I am setting up for the company I work for) on SOHO because a friend told me it was great, easy.... if I decided to redo it with Bluevoda, is it a big hassle to switch?
