1. Is spring sale valid also for 1 year subscription at $7.95 pm? The screen shot shows it with the monthly registration and setup fee.

2. Please explain the term "Support Ticket", is it just a reference or is it either chargeable or limited?

Sorry for mismatch with the title of the thread, I have a 3rd question. Is it imperative to decide on a domain name at time of registering for VH hosting or can one proceed with using the VH URL server address while learning to use the system and tools but submit the proposed domain name somewhat later. It would anyway take some time to get acquainted with the system before making a real contribution to the site content.

You must decide on a domain name during account creation, but you can always change it later.
