Help! I don't know a darn thing about forms... I just know that in the template I had designed for my site, it 'posts' the form results to /cgi/gdform.cgi and is supposed to email the recipient listed in the html the form results and then re-direct to the url it's programmed to re-direct to. Instead, all the completed forms are coming to MY email address, and when the requestor hits 'request'... they get an error because *******'s form mail 'stuff' always want to re-direct to a page at the web address and not an outside URL. So when you hit request, you get stuck going to a page that doesn't exist because it comes up like this: http://www.mydomain.com/http://www.U...edirect-to.com I could create an actual page for each page 'owner' (there are multiple reps that have pages at my site -- it looks like the main page, but it has their info on it and the form results go to them... NOT me)... and then have it re-direct to their business URL, but it still isn't getting around the fact that the form is still wanting to force it to send ME the form results and not the person/email specified in the html coding. ******* uses LINUX and 'their own' form mail 'system'. Would Vodahost be able to solve my formmail problem? I need new hosting right away but don't want to waste time or money trying to figure out WHO can help! -Kari |

Every form I have played around with in Blue Voda has directed the form submission to exactly the email address that I put into the form html. I have been at another hosting company and used their builder and had the exact same problem as you with it not going to the email address that I wanted it to. With their builder, it always sent to the account email address regardless of where I wanted it to go. Vodahost is great, in that they don't limit you to a specific builder or software, and have tons of options included in your hosting account!
