When I buy hosting in package "Annual Billing Free Setup + US$95.40 every 12 months - works out to US$7.95 pm" - 600 GB Space.
How many websites and domain names I can use in 600GB space(one time paying)?

As many as you wish. But you will have to purchase the extra domains for each site you want to open.
