Hi, I'm eager to have an account. Is it possible to use the credit card of my fiance? He lives at the same address as me

Yes, but the account would have to be in her name for starters. After
the account is set up and verfied you can login to the members area
and add your name to it.....Make sure to get her consent before you use
her credit card.
