problem signing up

Hello I am trying to sign in to be able to make my website.
For some reason when I put my postal code in it will not accept it.
Has anyone had this problem?
I am in the UK any idea why this is?
This is driving me nuts as i just want to get started.

do not include the dashes, DTR-563 should be DTR563

What error message are you getting?
Are you getting as far as the automated verification call?

Hello, I am getting nothing , it just says please enter valid postal code.
I have just tried lower case, still the same thing happens.

Maybe your browser is ching the old information and not letting you proceed.
