I need to know if it's possible to set up upwards of 100 subdomains under one domain hosted on Voda Host. The idea is to recruit volunteers who want to support a political campaign and give them the ability to set up their own websites to solicit donations on behalf of the campaign. Is this possible?

You can have as many subdomain's on a single website as you want (Unlimited subdomains). However the focus of your website is another issue, you may want to check the TOS and/or submit a support ticket to make sure its not against vodahosts policy.
