I attempted to sign up for hosting yesterday morning, I am on dial-up(sad but true). When I got to the page to finalize and recieve the verification call, I could not get off the computer fast enough to take the call. So I have no idea what was charged if anything was, did my sign up go through?I sent two tickets, no response yet. I know I am not the only one with this problem. How to complete sign up on dial up?? How long to responses take? I don't like not knowing what charges I have.

We can not answer any of your above questions because you have not identified yourself. But, If you did not comply with the automated fraud call procedure, your card was not charged. In our reply to your support ticket we will provide with an alternative registration method.
