2. Did i understand well that a triple year contract will cost US$ 195 without further additional cost:

4. can these e-mail adresses be reached by Outlook Express
5. Technically there are no obstacles that i'm based in Indonesia. Are there any other obstacles?
6. Can payment be done by AMEX card?
