Trying to Order

The other night, after support got back to me, I tried to order, but your website was down. Now, I've gone through the order process - thought it was complete - got the phone call - then my screen came back and told me that the order failed.

Can I ask that someone call me? Or tell me what the next step is?

Thank you both. I redid today and this time when the phone system told me it was verified, so did the screen! I'll be waiting for the packet to say I'm live! Great to be part of the family.
