Thread: a few questions

1) I just published my site (amazing site builder!) but I transferred my documents to another computer and now the site on my local site builder is all screwed up (images not loading, etc.) and I can't figure out why. Any advice? Is it possible to download the published page from my .com site?

2) I have another .com site, purchased from Yahoo (no hosting). How do I transfer that to Vodahost?

3) How does one make a form for submitting name and email? I don't have an autoresponder yet, and I need to have these submitted to my email.

The reason is that you need to transfer not only the ,bvp files, but also all the images you have used to create your pages. Also, please note that the .bvp files keep track of the images path on your computer, and each time you open your pages on your local computer, they load the images from there. So if the new computer doesn't have EXCACTLY the same ditectory stucture as the old one, the images cannot be found. You just have to edit each image to reload it from where you have saved them. As a second option, you can open the pages from your website: BV > File > New Page > From exisying HTML page. But you will have to make some readjustments, surely more work than the other soluition..

You can transfer, or you can simply point your nameservers to the Vodahost servers. For transfering please watch: http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/dom...-vodahost.html

Once the transfer or the pointing has taken place, you can add it on your main account as an addon domain.
