Thread: password problem

hello there,
i received my welcome mail a couple of hours ago, and since then i have been trying to publish my website using the publish tool..but it says that the password supplied is incorrect...i also see the server ip being different then what i see on the publish screen as compared to the one send in the welcome mail..i wanted to know if it is possible to upload the site from a computer different from the one which i placed the order
