In my Website, there are not any sexually explicit material, since its content only consists of banners/links to adult websites... It is why I am asking if I can host it with VodaHost.

You maybe right, but this forum is made up mostly of volunteers who don't work for Vodahost which is why I suggested that you submit ticket and you will get the answer from the powers that be unless someone from VH sees this first.
