Yes I do, but I am having trouble with my password. I have to keep changing it. The voda system keeps telling that it is wrong. The error message I received is 503 authenication. What does that mean?

If you keep changing it, you probably messed it up somehwere along the line. Submit a support ticket and request a password reset.
