what does this exactly mean?
can you host as many websites as you want under your name?
say your a website designer can you make, then host the website for the person to make hosting free?

You may host as many domains and accounts as you like as long as they are ALL owned by you.. (i.e. YOUR businesses)
If you make sites for other people then they must open their OWN hosting account to which they can give you access to build them a site if they require.
You must NOT host sites for other people on your account no.Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
