Thread: new account with current domain

Hello, I'm trying to open a new Hosting account using my domain, but I got the message below:

The domain you entered is already registered with us - you will need to cancel it prior to placing a new order

How can I cancel it?

Do a search first for the new domain name before entering.

Goto whois.com

If the name is available then you have to buy it first.

Thank you , but seems misundrestanding. the domain I intered is mine and was using it as a primary domain on the another accout on VH. now I want to use as a primary domain on a new account. my old account was suspended.
