Thread: Sign Up Question

I tried to sign up three times using a credit card. I was instructed that they needed a landline phone number. However, I was online signing up so when they called the phone would be busy. I tried giving my cell phone number but that didn't work either. How can I get around this? Kathy

You need to put in a support ticket and they'll get back to you with instructions.

I've always had quick response time when it's been urgent. I know to you that is urgent, but is probably not quite as urgent as some other requests they get. It's also evening there now- so I don't know if you should expect a response on that tonight.

I do know it's a great company to do business with - with some excellent tools for us. Good luck to you.

You put in a sales ticket , Customer support is 24/7 , sales is only 9 to 5, they will get to it shortly.
