    Question Multiple domains?

    Hi, I'm new to this and am thinking about getting an account with Vodahost. So far, I have downloaded BlueVoda and have designed my website. I was just wondering, can I have an unlimited amount of websites (ie, personalsite.co.uk, worksite.co.uk, familysite.co.uk) or do I need 3 seperate accounts to do this?

    As long as you are the principle owner of the websites. Your VodaHost acccount
    can have unlimited webistes attached to it. You only need one account.

    can multiple websites in one account be referred to individually, like;
    123.com, abc.com, xyz.com, etc., and not show up as subdirectories of the account's main domain?

    thanks,
    Henry

    Yes. You need to add them as add-on domains and you have to publish to each individual folder but otherwise yes they will all work on their own domains.

    If you have 123.com as your main account site and then add abc.com you would call the folder for that add on domain abc

    Then when you publish you use your same username and password but publish to

    public_html/abc

    Thank you, Marincky.

    Will I be able to refer to abc.com directly, though, by just typing 'www.abc.com' in the address bar?

    thanks

    Yes, by telling the page to publish to your main site but to the abc folder, this will automatically act in the same way, i.e will run on it's own index page etc.

    So just call your abc homepage 'index' as you do with your 123 site and when you type in abc.com in the address bar it will point to your index page of your abc folder.

    Hope that makes sense.
