I applied for a domain on Apr.5th and I haven't heard from anyone. Is this normal? Does anyone know what's going on? Kathy

Thanks for your reply. I tried to send a support ticket and they asked me for a control panel user name. What does that mean? When I gave my credit card number they gave me an authorization code, AVS Code, and Trans ID. What do I have to do to get my account activited? Kathy

When they answered me in the support ticket, they told me to look in my spam folder and sure enough there was my username, password and IP address. Thanks for your help
