Question having customer sites on my c-panel

I know that my c-panel can have unlimited url's.
Am I allowed to use that for my 'customers'? I have a graphic design client that wants me to redo their website- well, more like clean up after someone that made a total mess. Do I need to have her start all over, or is it ok for me to piggy back her in my c-panel?
Do I need to get a reseller hosting account, if I am going to control everything?
    Thanks.

No! Not allowed. Either get a reseller hosting account if you feel that there maybe more costumers on the horizon. Or just get your customer to open an account with VH so they get the bills for domain renewal & hosting.
You could make up a design for there site & send a screen shot as a sample.

Thanks! that's what i thought. I'm working on a 'sample" site for them, then I will figure out cost for hosting through me via reseller account- I'm really leaning toward this.. but the thought is a bit scary.
    Thanks for the help;)
