Does tech support monitor these chat rooms 24/7?

This is a forum, not a support desk. However, support people also monitor this forum, as many members try to find their answers here. Also, posting here instead of submitting a support ticket, you have the chance to get help also from experienced members, so you have many chances that you get answered quickly

Agreed, my friend. A support ticket is sometimes necessary, but most times a simple post on this forum will get a person the answer he or she needs.
