Can I have multiple websites on one VodaHost account using BlueVoda
if I own all of the websites <domains> & businesses associated with the website?

Yes. As many as you wish to add to a single hosting account.

Thanks and if it's someone else's domain they have to
get a hosting under their name, right?

Correct. All Domains associated with a personal hosting account must be legally registered (owned) by the Hosting Accountholder.
