Thread: No Cpanel Details in Welcome email

Hi there,

I paid for web hosting and domain registration but I am yet to receive my cpanel credentials. I opened a support ticket regarding this but I have not had a response. Its been almost two days now.

Please check your bulk-mail and spam folders, all accounts are activated withing 24 of purchase unless there has been a fraud alert or a billing anomaly. If you still cant find it, please provide me the support ticket ID# below and I will look it up.
