The US state is a required field in the online form. I'm in Asia and when I leave the US state blank, I can't create the a/c. Are you currently accepting customer from Asia? How to make payment via Paypal for transferring my domain name?         |

It says State/Region , this can also mean town or province, Yes we have many customers from asia, click the paypal option on the order form. Transfers are free!
