Hi,

I have designed a website using Blue Voda site builder.What do I do next??? How can I link the website to database?? I am completely new to websites..
I have designed a website where users' information has to be stored??does BV help me in doing this??

Do I need to connect the website to database myself or do you people do it??How to create database??Do you help me in this or do I need to learn it before taking vodahost account???

I wanted to take vodahost account but now I am confused about what to do next

Creating databases is a far cry more difficult than creating a few static
html pages, people go to school and spend months learning to code mySQL
databases, needless to say, We can not teach you how to do this in one
forum thread.

Fortunately, there are many "ready to use" "plug & play" databases around.
What EXACTLY are you trying to accomplish???

This is what I exactly want:
I want a website in which users details( name,address,emial id etc etc)
should be stored in the database.
I have designed the website with forms (textboxes,checkboxes,editboxes, combo box)etc
to enter the information.Now all I want to know is how to link this to the database??
Do I need to create database only in mySQL or can I use SQL server, MS Access etc...
I hope I am clear now...
Its just a 10 page website in which users have to give their details (personal,professional etc).So just tell me how do I go about it after designing the website.

Do you plan on using this data in any type of email marketing campaign?

Actually I am planning to start a matrimonial website.So I would definitely require all the details of the members.Its not for email marketing campaign.
