Transfering my domain name

When i sign up for your hosting will you do transfer of my existing domain name or do i have to do this..................I have never done this myself......I just give the hosting company my existing name/names and they do the rest..........is this how you guys do it??

We will take care of the transfer for you for free....All you have to do is..

a) Make sure the domain is unlocked.
b) Make sure you are listed as the adminstrtive contact.

a)How to get the domain unlocked,
who can unlock it,
what if can't get it unlocked,
does it mean I will not be able to transfer it to Voda?
pls advise! Thanks.

You must call the compnay that you purchased it from and instruct them to
unlock it, you can not transfer a locked domain.

Can they not to unlock it, if they don't want?

It is free only for Annual billing (option B & C) but not apply for monthly billing (A), isn't it?

If the domain is yours, they are legally obligated to unlock it. If not,the
domain is not yours...We will provide you with a new one for free.
