Thread: Security when using help in Blue Voda

I was uing the help function with reference to the Control Panel
and because of my firewall and spyware, I got an pop up box that said
"The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"
When I viewed the details, it mentioned that the certificate was issued by 'Intrahost.theplanet.com". Is this a redirection that you endorse or is part of the of your system? and are aware of? If so, I can authorize it for my fiirewall to allow it and get started, or is this a bad thing that I should not authorize? Please advise! Thanks alot

Why does the this "Quick Reply" box pop up after I submit a question?
Or am I submitting my questions improperly?

Its fine don't worry about it. Your system probably has lots of security on it. Warns
you for everything.
