Thread: can't place order

Hi! I am trying to place an order for a domain name for $30 plus $9.99 a month. I'm on the page where it tells you to put in domain name to register a new domain. I put in freedomain and press the button Look up Domain, but it doesn't take me to a next page. When I press the WWW it gives me an error message. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Karen
