I am only an hour old, looking for parental help

I was just born to a new world an hour ago. Could someone tell me me if you can do - Events with rsvp,
- automated newsletter where you use RSS feeds as well as your info directly picked up from your website news without having physically to build your newsletter?
- if this is possible can we let the custumer choose the sections of his newsletter like area in london or all the female members who enjoy drawing in his area after you have entered content in some kind of My sql database?
- can we let the custumer build his own space and download himself music, pictures, video and text?
- can we offer different membership and would the passwords taken care off, with email to be confirmed?
- is it easy to set up trial periods for memberships?
- is it possible to download html or java plug-ins for color sampler for a gallery so you can adjust the background color?
if anyone could tell me so I am sure i am born at the right time and place.

Alstrasoft is good but If I try to integrate their script to my template will it work?
Or should I do the reverse, Get their script first and then create a similar template to the one I want to use around theirs?
They say I need MySQL (version 4 or higher)

MYSQL database

PHP (version 4.2.3 or higher)

CURL library (Optional for MSN email import)

GD library for PHP with FreeType enabled
Where do I find those so I can download them?
