Yes, you do have to pay to have your site hosted with VodaHost. You also get your domain free when you purchase a hosting package, but let me tell you! VodaHost is by far the best hosting company on the web! It also comes with one of the easiest website builders!

P.S. If you are only 13 - not a problem! Just make sure you do alot of chores arround the house and start begging to your mom! hehe
