Thread: wordpress theme upload failure???

Hi,

I have upload wordpress theme into the wp-content/theme directory but when I checked in my wordpress admin panel, I cannot see the theme uploaded. I'm not sure whether I have done it correctly. Could you please check it for me.

If you can not see it, you have not done it correctly.

OK here was what I did:
1. Download the theme and save the file (zip file).
2. Then I extract the zip file and upload all the files to the host server : wp-content/theme directory.
Where did I go wrong?

When I check in the wp-content/theme directory, the file of the theme I've uploaded are there and I also could see the wordpress default theme. But when I check in the wordpress admin panel, I could only see the wordpress theme.

I'm still new to wordpress. Could you please check it for me. I'm vodahost account member.

Hello,
Go through every file to make sure they all copied to your FTP. Ive uploaded mine and also a couple extra themes.
