Configure wordpress -Options, Writing Email

Hello

I'm just learning how to configure from the video. However, I am a bit worried about the 'selecting random strings' part in setting options, writing, emails. Do I need to worry about this and setting up a secret email address? If so, I'm not sure That I Know how to do this.

Pls advise
