Hi, I would like to install a WP blog on my domain via Fantastico but it only offers outdated 2.1.2. version which will not work with widgets. I would need to have 2.2.1 version - is there any possibility of upgrade via Fantastico? Or do I need to install WP 2.2.1. manually? Jana          |

I uploaded the upgrade on Fantastico this morning with no problems.

Hey Don I'm unsure what is happening with your Wordpress. Mine simple had an upgrade link which I clicked. I didn't have to upload manually. Although I manually uploaded a new template and had no problems. You can just delete and install again but I'm not sure your posts will be safe.

download the latest version from wordpress.org and manually install and update it. |
