Thread: Update deleted my published blog

I was tired of seeing the message that there was a newer version of Wordpress, so I downloaded the newest version to my computer. Then I decide to check on Fantastico, and tried to upgrade there. It did not backup my files and completely erased all of my blog! When you go to my website www.plus-size-blog.com, you just get the install WP site! Please help. I have tried unsuccessfully to log on to enter a tech support ticket, but I can't remember which email and password I used.

You don't need to login to submit a support ticket, just provide your account details and your problem description.
