if your using wordpress just install the all in one seo plugin which allows you to add title,meta and keywords and more for each individual page and post

Use the above to guide you with your Tags.
Use only genuine tags that relate to your products.
Do not go for Tag stuffing, using tags that does not relate to your products or website content will get you in trouble and eventually penalized.
