If I add a blog to my website will it help the ranking of my website in Google? and if so which is the easiest and best blog to incorporate in BV.

It may add to your Main Site valuations, but it will be regarded as a separate site altogether, with separate metrics. It is important, thus, to include good complimentary navigation between them to establish a relevant association.
