I can't publish my webpage

Hi!
I think everything should be right for publishing my webpages: I have the welcome letter with the IP, username and psw. I have saved my pages as .bvp files. Always the same error: "the attempt to connect to the server failed, Error 12029.
Can please anybody help me>?? Thank you!!

Hey there!

Please make sure you have the latest version of BlueVoda. If you don't you won't be able to publish because your IP Address won't be listed. It is either that my friend or the master username and password is wrong.

Make sure your page is published in the folder public_html

thanks, but i tried all what you said. I checked and i have the right "version" of blue boda and my IP is listed in the "server IP box".
I don't know how to contact somebody else!!
