Help with link please

I have had a link that was functioning at www.mayatabasco.com/chiapas1.html it seems to now be not working. The link is on our childeren button and the foto of the schoolboy both come back as not on server but they are listed. I saved them with bvp extention but they were saved or listed as a FF file. The link is future_of_chiapas.html. Can U help??

I just typed in the extension, Im not sure exactly what happpend to your link or ...what happened to the coding on the page.

The link was there but I got the same as karen. Have you tried deleting the page from ftp and republishing it?

yes, I've delted and re published but this is the last result. I publish it as it is and the extension bvp is there in the local list then when it is moved to public_ftp it is listed with a FF icon not BV, why? I don't know what difference this would make.

What do you mean "when it is moved to public_ftp" ? Publishing your pages should ONLY be done through BV's "Publish" button, and your page will be uploaded automatically as chiapas1.html in your "public_html" folder.

It all depends on what effect you want. _blank will open in a new window, some users like that some do not.

I mean when it is moved to the public html folder this is how it is listed. This has happened numerous times. uploaded moved same to m I'm sorry I don't speak clearer or more technical, but we do what we can do.

I have found it helpful, when everything is working well,
to make a backup copy of each page. 'index_backup1'
for example. When things go wrong, I will delete 'index'
and open index_backup , then save it as 'index' and re-
publish. Wala! everything is back as before! Just
thought that might help you out in the future.
