How does one superimpose a banner/nagivation button over a "shape" that is used as a border for the page? Is there another way to make a border for a webpage, other than the pre-made templates? Thanks.

If you have Photo Shop, Paint Shop Pro or a similar program, you can build and customize any kind of template you can imagine. (For people who don't want to buy - or can't afford to buy - either of the above, the Gimp is a great free alternative.)

As far as "superimposing" an object on top of another, you only need use the Layout/ Arrange feature on the BV toolbar, or use the + and - buttons to move an object forward or backward. Any new object is, by default, the top "layer" on your page.
