  • Need to change domain

    Hi !

    I openned a ticket yesterday.

    I started with Vodahost with a domain but i need to change it. The old name was els.com.br but i need to change it.

    Waiting for a help.

      I need help!

      I openned other ticket today but when i try to see status (putting the ticket code, return an error).

      I tried to enter in the forum and also error. I have no choice other than open a new user here (ofertasespeciais_2) and other email address.

      I think that have any error because iīm not receiving emails. In this case i think that itīs possible to solve all using here.

      To make all easy what i need:

      I started with VODAHOST but i need to change the main domain name. Itīs possible?

      The domain is els.com.br but i need to change to other domain.
      Please give me an answer because i openned two tickets and no answer (or, in other words, maybe any problem with emails).

        if you are not recieving replies to your tickets please check your bulk mail or spam folder(s) in your email software.

          Hi !

          Really something strange about emails because i havenīt any SPAM rule and all emails arrive to my inbox but when i openned the tickets and try to see it (status) indicate that have not these tickets. But no problem, please see my case with care. I need only to change the domain name (els.com.br to other name) and have problems to receive email. Now i openned this user using other email address and host.

          If possible can send the email and post here the answer ?

            Problem in ticket

            I tried to opewn other ticket. The system indicates that itīs open but i canīt see the status of this or other tickets that i openned.

                What i need

                Hi !

                I started with Vodahost using this domain: ELS.COM.BR but i need to use other domain as main domain. I openned tickets but i canīt access it (indicate that the ticket donīt exists) or receive emails of the status of tickets (i donīt know why because i receive emails from other places with no problem). Please indicate to me what i need to do to change the domain name and you can send email to ofespeciais********.com or ofertasespeciais@terra.com.br. I know that itīs not normal to put email address but i think that the public that access this forum donīt want to send SPAM ;) and i need this help from you.

                  Hi Carlos,

                  I believe you have put the wrong email address in for your tickets, and now your
                  browser is caching it! Run a windows washer and open up a new support ticket, we
                  will be happy to assist you in switching your main account domain name!

                  In order to clear your computers browsers cache. Please follow the below steps.

                  1) Close down all browser windows and programs 100%.

                  2) Click on the link below to download Window Washer.

                  CNET Download provides free downloads for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices across all categories of software and apps, including security, utilities, games, video and browsers


                  3) Run Window washer.

                  4) As soon as window washer is complete. Shut down and restart your computer.
