cannot Publish my webpage

Im a first time user and I have a web hosting account, but when i try to publish a page, i get a 12031 error....also, my firewall is not activited while I try to do this.....

This can be caused by one of a few things. It could just be internet/server hiccough, your timeout settings or a firewall issue ay the other end. It usually rights itself, though. In BV go to Tools > Options > Publish and increase the timeout setting. This may help. If it doesn't submit a support ticket explaining what's happening and the steps you have taken to correct it at your end. It just could be a VH firewall issue, although that very rarely happens.

make sure you are publishing to the correct IP address and user/pass.
