  • BlueVoda-HTML tags in Uppercase

    Greetings,

BlueVoda is certainly an outstanding tool. However, I'd love to see the following things being implemented or corrected:

    1) BlueVoda capitalizes all HTML tags. This does not comply with the latest W3C directives. Lowercase tags is the rule.

    2) Pages built with BlueVoda do not pass W3C validation ( http://validator.w3.org/ ) with the default doctype used (<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">)

    3) An image in a table cell is put in the background but there is no way to avoid the horizontal and/or vertical repeating of the image (a little CSS would have to be used). The sames goes for images used as background for the table itself (or did I miss something?).

    4) We need a new visual object with which we could define a "box". It would draw a sizable and visible <div>...</div> of which we could define the background color and the borders properties. Of course, you can achieve this now using the "html" tool but, with the latter, the result is not visible in the GUI. This new tool would, amongst other things, allow the drawing of a vertical line without having to use a rectangular shape to do it.

The above is not intended to criticize BlueVoda but is aiming at making it even better.

Thanks for making BlueVoda freely available and best regards,

    Dan
