  • Internal server error on fmp

    www.macsenvironmental.com
After creating the form in fmp we thought we had done everything right. The link was created to the proper page. The form pages were uploaded to the site server. The form is accessable from our schedule page. The form can be filled out with all necessary text, but when the submit button is pressed, we get the below error message. This was a test to see if the form page processed the information.

    Error Mesasage:
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@macsenvironmental.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

This was the last server message posted after trying a test of the form.
[2006-10-13 03:42:30]: error: directory is writable by others: (/home/bcdgpued/public_html/fmp/forms)

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Re: Internal server error on fmp

Most probably you have not set the fmp folder permissions to be 755. Please do so, either using FTP or File Manager, and try it again.

Thank you very much Naval, that was the problem we had. The forms folder in ftp was 777. I changed it and the form processed the right way. Again TYVM.
