cPanel with Blue Voda problems
I tried to publish a projects.html page to my http://Martech-Inc.biz website using BlueVoda. The projects file was indeed uploaded to the public_html file. When I went to view the page, it was blank.
So I tried to use the cPanel to correct the problem and the following error was received:

Why did I get this type of error and can someone help me in correcting the error.
In addition:
I turned off my firewall and tried to publish other pages but was given a error that permission was denied. Any help on this matter as well?
I used the correct username / password / IP Address and still unable to publish some of the pages?
